Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the dispatch warehouse. Please note that orders are processed and shipped on business days only, excluding weekends and public holidays.
During peak periods or promotional events, order processing may take slightly longer than usual. We appreciate your patience and will keep you informed if there are any significant delays. Should this happen, our customer support team will contact you by email.

Shipping confirmation & shipment tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number(s).
Please allow up to 5 business days for the tracking information to become active and show updates.
If your tracking details have not been updated after 10 business days, feel free to contact our customer support team at support@goalkertech.com, and we’ll be happy to assist you.
Shipping information
Please make sure that all shipping information provided at checkout is complete and accurate. This helps us ensure smooth delivery of your order.
Goalker cannot be held responsible for delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information, including failed deliveries, delays, or lost packages caused by such errors.
Please note that we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Orders Tracking
After placing your order, you will receive an Order Confirmation email with your order details.
Once your item has been shipped, we will send you a Shipment Notification email, including your order number, shipping method, and tracking number. You can track the status of your order directly through this email.
Any updates regarding order changes, refund processing, shipping status, or other important information will also be sent to you by email in real time.

Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. If you need to make any changes, contact us at support@goalkertech.com within 24 hours of purchase. Orders will be shipped to the address provided at checkout once processing begins.
Shipping Damage
If your package is damaged during transit due to unforeseen circumstances (force majeure), please contact us at support@goalkertech.com immediately upon receipt. We will assist you as quickly as possible and appreciate your understanding in such cases.
Email Notifications
Order-related updates will be sent to the email address provided at checkout or linked to your account. Please ensure that this email address is valid and accessible, as Goalker cannot be held responsible for missed communications resulting from an incorrect or inactive email address.
Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order after it has been placed, please do not refuse the delivery. Instead, contact us at support@goalkertech.com to request a cancellation. We will guide you through the return process in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy. Goalker is not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from refused shipments.
Missing Orders
If your order has not been delivered within the timeframe shown in the courier’s tracking system, please contact us at support@goalkertech.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we can assist you. Claims submitted after this period may not be accepted.
Damaged or Missing Items
If your package arrives damaged, or if any items are missing, please contact us on the day of delivery at support@goalkertech.com, and provide clear photos and/or videos for faster assistance.
