Warranty Statement for Robotic Mower

If your robotic mower experiences any issues within 3 years from the date of purchase under normal use according to the user manual, we promise to repair or replace the product free of charge.
☆ The product warranty period is 3 years. The battery warranty period is 12 months. Unauthorized disassembly, modica-tion, or misuse is prohibited.
☆ Please use the designated accessories and charger for this product.

Your warranty service must meet the following conditions:
1. The product was purchased through ocial channels, and you can provide this warranty manual and a valid purchase receipt.
2. The product is used according to the guidelines in the user manual.
3. The product has not been disassembled or modied without authorization, nor used with non-designated accessories and chargers.

During the warranty period, any of the following conditions will take a chargeable repair:1. Failure to provide this warranty book and a valid purchase receipt.
2. Malfunctions and damage caused by incorrect use or improper self-repair.
3. Malfunctions or damage caused by transportation, moving, or dropping after purchase.
4. Malfunctions or damage caused by other external factors.
5. Malfunctions or damage caused by cleaning the product with a high-pressure cleaner.
6. Damage caused by charging with a non-designated power source.
7. Natural wear and tear during use, including the blade, indicator lights, and other parts.

☆ If return or exchange the product, you need to provide a valid receipt showing the date and place of purchase.
☆ This warranty does not apply to accessories that come with the product.
☆ This warranty is only applicable to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
☆ All repairs and replacements will be covered by the limited warranty within the warranty period from the original date of purchase.
