Warranty Policy

Goalker Robotics (“Goalker”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) provides this Warranty Statement to clearly explain the warranty coverage, conditions, and procedures applicable to Goalker robotic lawn mower products. This warranty applies only to individual consumers and does not affect your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
Nothing in this Warranty Statement limits or excludes any mandatory rights you may have under local law.
1. Warranty Scope and Applicability
This Limited Warranty applies to mass-produced Goalker robotic lawn mower products and accessories purchased through:
- Goalker official online stores
- Authorized Goalker distributors or dealers
- Other official sales channels approved by Goalker
The warranty is valid only in the country or region where the product was originally purchased and officially sold. Use of the product outside the original sales region may void this warranty.
Products obtained through the following channels are not covered:
- Internal testing units or evaluation samples
- Products sold through unauthorized or unofficial channels
- Second-hand or resold products (unless required by applicable law)
2. Warranty Period
2.1 Warranty Start Date
The warranty period begins from the earliest of the following:
• The date of purchase shown on the valid sales receipt or invoice
• For Goalker direct online sales, the order confirmation date
• For pre-ordered products, the shipment date stated in the shipping confirmation
If the purchase date cannot be verified, Goalker reserves the right to determine the warranty start date based on product activation records or shipment data.
2.2 Warranty Coverage Period
Unless otherwise stated on the product page or packaging:
• Robotic Lawn Mower Main Unit: up to 3 years
• Battery: up to 12 months (depending on product model)
• Separately Purchased Accessories: subject to their individual warranty terms
Specific warranty periods for each Goalker product model and component will be listed on the Goalker official website or product documentation.
3. What Is Covered
During the applicable warranty period, Goalker warrants that the product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use in accordance with the user manual.
A defect exists when the actual condition of the product materially deviates from its intended or agreed quality.
4. Warranty Conditions
To qualify for warranty service, all of the following conditions must be met:
✔ The defect occurs within the valid warranty period
✔ The product has been used under normal household conditions and according to the user manual
✔ No unauthorized disassembly, modification, or repair has been performed
✔ The product serial number and labels remain intact and legible
✔ A valid proof of purchase can be provided
5. Warranty Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:
• Normal wear and tear, including but not limited to blades, tires, cutting discs, and decorative parts
• Consumables and wearing parts unless otherwise required by law
• Cosmetic damage such as scratches or dents that do not affect functionality
• Damage caused by misuse, abuse, improper installation, or operation inconsistent with the user manual
• Damage caused by unauthorized modification or third-party accessories
• Water ingress, corrosion, or foreign object intrusion caused by improper use
• Damage caused by accidents, fire, flood, lightning, or other force majeure events
• Transportation damage not reported at delivery or without carrier-issued damage confirmation
• Products with altered, removed, or illegible serial numbers
• Missing or forged proof of purchase
6. How to Claim Warranty Service
6.1 Contact Customer Support
If you believe your product qualifies for warranty service, please contact Goalker Customer Support:

Please prepare:
• Proof of purchase (invoice or order number)
• Product serial number
• Description of the issue (photos or videos may be requested)
If the product was purchased from an authorized local dealer, please contact the dealer first. If the dealer cannot assist, you may contact Goalker directly.
6.2 Diagnosis and Return
Goalker may:
• Provide troubleshooting guidance or software updates
• Request additional information to diagnose the issue
• Ask you to return the product or a specific component for inspection
Products must be returned using original packaging or equivalent protective packaging. Goalker is not responsible for damage caused by improper packaging during return shipment.
7. Repair or Replacement
If the claim is approved within the warranty period:
• Goalker will repair or replace the defective product or part at its discretion
• Replacement parts may be new or refurbished but will be functionally equivalent
• Replaced parts become the property of Goalker
Repair or replacement does not extend or restart the original warranty period unless required by applicable law.
8. Shipping Costs
• Goalker will cover reasonable shipping costs for approved warranty claims involving manufacturing defects
• If the product is determined to be outside warranty coverage, the customer may be responsible for inspection, repair, and shipping costs
9. Non-Warranty Repairs
If the product is outside the warranty period or excluded from coverage, Goalker will inform you of the estimated repair cost. You may choose whether to proceed with paid repair or have the product returned unrepaired.
10. Transferability
This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable unless otherwise required by law.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Goalker shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use or inability to use the product.
This limitation does not apply where prohibited by law.
12. Governing Law
This Warranty Statement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the country or region where the product was purchased.
